The track is first come, first serve with a maximum of 10 people on the track at one time.
ALWAYS remain 8-10 feet away from people in front of or around you.
**IMPORTANT Pool Activities Details
LAP SWIM (Merrimack and Nashua):
Lap lanes can be shared by up to two individuals on the same membership. The second individual doesn’t need to register.
Youth Swimmers under 13 years old can reserve a lap lane but must have a green ring from the YMCA or take a swim test when they arrive. An adult must either wait on the pool deck or share the lap lane with them.
FAMILY POOL RESERVATIONS (Nashua Only):
Reservations are limited to one family at a time currently.
All children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Flotation devices such as life jackets and bubble will not be provided by the YMCA, family’s must bring their own.
FREE SWIM BLOCKS (Nashua Only):During free swim blocks there will be 3 lanes in the lap pool in addition to the family swim pool open for recreational swimming, including adult exercise. Please see the Nashua pool schedule for availability.
ADULT WATER EXERCISE BLOCKS (Nashua Only):We will no longer be requiring reservations. Please see the Nashua Pool Schedule for availability.

SUPERSAAS RESERVATION SYSTEM:
We continue to utilize the SuperSaaS reservation system to coordinate member visits to the YMCA branches. We have transitioned many of our spaces to drop-options, but group exercise, some lap lanes and other YMCA spaces still require reservations. PDF group exercise schedules are to the left and the links for reservations are below.
There are instructions on how to create an account below if you need them as well. This system is separate from Personify, our account management system, used for registering for paid programs, such as swim lessons and summer camp and for members to their accounts and membership details.

Every member will be required to sign updated electronic waivers before entering the YMCA. Links to the updated waivers are below or you can sign them at the door when you enter the Y.
We are accepting reservations for Kids Stop at the Merrimack YMCA and Nashua YMCA online so that you can preregister your child before arriving at the YMCA branch for your class or workout.
Below are links to electronic waivers that every member will need to sign before reentering the YMCA. We’ll have QR code versions at our facilities for you to sign electronically, but if you’d like to do them ahead of time please click on the links below and fill them out before you arrive to save some time.

We’ve created an easy step-by-step instruction on how to create an account and use the reservation system. Please click here to access the instructions.
Once you have created an account you can click on the links below to enter into our reservation system and begin to reserve space in classes and/or blocks of fitness time.
Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
You may cancel up to 2 hours before the class or fitness block begins.
Registration closes 1 hour before the class or fitness block begins.
Wait lists will automatically be created as you register and if other members cancel their reservation a confirmation email will be sent to the next person in line.
