The YMCA of Greater Nashua has 3 full service locations. As a member, You have access to both locations, as well as a reciprocal membership with all New England area YMCA’s.

Most of our group exercise classes are free for members. Non-members can attend as a guest of a member for a fee.

The YMCA of Greater Nashua is a fun, friendly, and motivating environment where our members can stay healthy and fit. There are dozens of classes to choose from and they are free for YMCA members.

- Yoga and Pilates
The Y offers many different levels and styles of yoga and pilates. Start your day with Sunrise Yoga, break a sweat with Fitness Yoga, or get a good stretch with gentle yoga. Our pilates classes will improve your flixibiltiy and strengthen your core. Take a look at what we have to offer by searching our schedule listings below.
Our cycling classes take place at our Merrimack branch and all levels are welcome. They are free for members but do require pre-registration. You can view the weekly schedule below, and you can visit the Group Cycling Schedule to register for classes.
- Water Exercise
Working out in the water provides resistance, improves endurance and reduces the risk of injury. The YMCA of Greater Nashua has water exercise programs at both of its locations. Classes include Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Bootcamp and Deep Water Exercise. Take a look at our weekly schedule listings below to find a class that’s right for you.
Get your heart pumping and your body moving in one of our cardio classes. If you’re looking to burn calories and are tired of the treadmill, these classes have just what you need. Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Blast, Step, and Zumba are among the many cardio classes we offer here at the Y. Strength training helps you lose weight and gain muscle using weight and resistance training. We have classes that are purely strength training and some that overlap with cardio. Try our classes like Express Abs, Total Body Strength, and HardCore. Search through our class listings below to see which class is what you’re looking for.
- Active Older Adults
Our Senior Exercise programs are designed for men and women in their 50s or older and fit the needs of health conscious older adults. Popular classes include SilverSneakers®, Beginner Yoga / Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Gentle Strength and Balance. We also offer water exercise classes that are perfect for older adults.
