MEMBERSHIP MEANS SO MUCH MORE
Beyond being a mere gym, pool, or place for fitness, the YMCA of Greater Nashua is a vibrant community where individuals find a deep sense of belonging and forge meaningful connections that extend far beyond their physical workouts. At the heart of the Y’s mission lies a powerful commitment to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes people from all walks of life.
There are many reasons to join the Y – building endurance, losing weight, strengthening your heart or mind, but when you join the Y, you’re committing to more than simply becoming healthier. You are supporting family-centered, value-focused programs and activities for not only its members, but the surrounding community too. At the Y, children learn what they can achieve, families spend quality time together, and we all build relationships that deepen our sense of belonging within the Greater Nashua region and beyond.
The Y is here for your whole health; physical, mental and spiritual. Together we achieve goals, find meaningful connections, feel better together and are part of something bigger.
Join the YMCA today! It’s not a place, it’s a purpose and so much more.

The YMCA: Same Great Community Hub, Yet Different!
Our community has gone through some changes the past few years and we are excited to be part of bringing people together from all walks of life. As we continue forward, we’ll continue to find new ways to connect, engage and be present in your lives. The YMCA, like our community, may have gone through some changes, but our great exercise classes, equipment, child care while you work out, and sense of family are the same. Additionally, we’ve added more programming for youth, teens, adults and families, while also keeping an eye on the needs of all of our community’s mental health by opening our new Wellbeing Center.
The YMCA is not just a place, it’s a purpose and the community hub you’ve always known us to be.
Just What is a YMCA – Your YMCA?
The Y is more than just a gym and swim organization – more than just a workout. The Y is a positive force in this community. For over 135 years everything the YMCA of Greater Nashua does is in service of making us – as individuals and a community – better. This impact can be seen in the lives we touch annually and throughout our storied history.
The Y is for All.
Our programs, services and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, offer ways for families to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body; prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a nationwide service ethic. And that’s just the beginning.
