May 19-25

Healthy Kids Week

While our traditional Healthy Kids Day® event typically takes place on a single day, this year we’re thrilled to expand our offerings to provide an entire week of engaging activities designed to promote healthy habits for kids and families alike! From May 19-25 we are offering a week long celebration packed full of exciting free family activities and events aimed at encouraging healthy lifestyles and a strong start to the summer season, there’s something for everyone to enjoy as we kick off the summer with wellness in mind.

“It is so important for kids to stay active over the summer, both physically and mentally,” said Lynne Boyer, Executive Director of Community Impact. “At the Y, we believe in providing resources for families to create healthy habits, no matter the time of year. Healthy Kids Week  is a fun, free week long event that encourages families to take advantage of all the great summer activities the Y has to offer.”

Mark your calendars and get ready to join us in celebration of this annual summer kick-off!
