In partnership with Waypoint, the YMCA of Greater Nashua is proud to support PASTA (Parenting a Second Time Around)— a free support group for grandparents and family caregivers raising children again.

🗓 Meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month

This group offers a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and explore topics like child development, discipline, self-care, navigating teen years, and more.

If you or someone you know is stepping back into a caregiving role, this is a place to feel supported and understood.
