The Y’s Annual Campaign raises funds to benefit our Y CARES Financial Assistance Program, which provides financial aid to local individuals, children, and families so they can access Y programs and services. Y CARES supports everything from subsidized memberships to critical childcare, day camps, arts & recreational sports, as well as teaching skills like swimming and other enrichment activities that make both adults and children become healthy, productive community members.

Regardless of an individual’s or family’s ability to pay, the Y works hard to say yes and open our doors.

In fact, the YMCA of Greater Nashua gives out more than $900,000 in Y CARES financial support each year to community members and families.

Why should You Y CARES?

$120 gives a child swim lessons promoting water safety and building self confidence.
$180 allows a child to experience sports programs that boost self-esteem and promote teamwork.
$250 supports a cancer survivor’s recovery through strength and community.
$600 provides scholarships for summer camp, creating life changing experiences.
$1200 helps improve academic achievement & self-confidence of students through education programs at our Ys & in local schools
