CHAKRA VIBRATIONS AND MEDITATION TECHNIQUES

We are excited to welcome Gloria Bry, a Y member with a passion for teaching classes with a focus on adult personal growth and development as it relates to the body, mind and spirit connection and our human experience. She will be offering a variety of classes at the Y in connection with our expanded offerings through the new Wellbeing Center at the Nashua Branch.

Starting on Monday, November 7 (from 9am to 10:30am) she is teaching an 8-week Chakra Vibrations twice a week on Mondays (9:00am to 10:30am, starting on November 7) and Wednesdays (6:15pm to 7:45pm, starting November 9). Registration for these classes is now open.

Meditation Techniques (a group exercise class open to members) will be held on Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, starting on December 1 and on Saturdays from 10:30am to 11:30am, starting on December 3.

“I’m happy to starting teaching at the Y with the opening of the new Wellbeing Center, at a time when creativity can be exciting. I create my own curriculum and my first program will offer the groundwork for future classes,” Gloria said. “We will explore Chakra, an energy system that is within all of us. The first class in the Chakra Vibrations course will be dedicated to history of Chakra. Once this foundation is given, we will go through each individual Chakra in the subsequent seven classes. This is important because each Chakra has a life lesson associated with it. I will share knowledge about how our personal energy can be used for personal growth and development. The more we understand who we are and what we do will help us make healthier choices about how we spend our time and who we spend our time with, and ultimately what we do with our lives.”

Join us as we explore various Meditation techniques designed to quiet your mind.  You will learn how to create peace and relaxation making them an on-going part of your life.
