CONFIDENCE WITH EVERY STROKE

We're not just teaching life-saving skills--we're building confidence

We use a student centered learning style to keep children actively involved in their progression. When students are allowed to figure out what to do on their own, they are actively and creatively participating in their learning. As a result they tend to remember what they learn better and longer.

Participants are placed in a level based on age and ability to help meet the developmental needs of each swimmer. Beginner simmers will wear an IFD (instructional flotation device) to help them swim in the correct body position and improve their arm and leg motions while being able to remain afloat.

  • Parent and Child Programs

We offer a variety of Parent and Child swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 3 years. Our objective is to support families with a foundation of swim skills at an early age. Basic water skills are introduced as well as safety tips and drowning prevention. Songs and games are utilized to promote fun while reinforcing swimming fundamentals. Swimming skills such as floating, paddling kicking and water acclimation are introduced to gain independence in the water and prepare your child for the independent swim program. One guardian per child is required in the water. View the program listings below to find the best program for you.

  • Preschool Programs
