Welcoming Roree M. Warnke to the Y Leadership Team
The YMCA of Greater Nashua is thrilled to announce the appointment of Roree M. Warnke as its new Chief Development Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, communications, and leadership, Warnke will play a vital role in advancing the Y’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Warnke’s nonprofit career includes senior development roles with Amnesty International USA, Public Broadcasting System (PBS), Pesticide Action Network North America, The National Audubon Society, and Redress Trust in London. Prior to transitioning to nonprofit work, she spent more than a decade in the entertainment industry in New York City with MTV Networks, PolyGram, and Ron Delsener Enterprises (now Live Nation).
Most recently, Warnke served as Chief Development and Communications Officer at New Beginnings Family Academy, where she successfully expanded philanthropic support and strengthened partnerships to benefit students in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“What makes Roree such an outstanding addition is not just her track record, but her deep connection to the mission,” said Joseph Manzoli, Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of Greater Nashua. “She is creative, collaborative, and committed to advancing causes that strengthen communities. We are excited to welcome her to our Y family.”
Warnke’s ties to the YMCA go back to her childhood, when she first learned how to swim at the YMCA of Greenwich in Connecticut, an experience that sparked a lifelong appreciation for the Y’s role in fostering growth, safety, and belonging. Now a Nashua resident of three and a half years, where she lives with her husband Matt, she is eager to deepen her connection in the community she now calls home.
“I am beyond grateful to have joined the YMCA of Greater Nashua,” said Warnke. “The organization has had such a profound impact on the lives of so many children, families, and individuals in our community, and I look forward to being a part of this important work.”
