KEEPING YOU INFORMED ON ALL THINGS YMCA!
These are unprecedented times with unprecedented challenges, but we are in it with you until the end and we’re committed to building community strength during this health crisis.
Since our founding, we have met the challenges our community is facing. From the need to serve young people in the industrial revolution to becoming a leader in child care when more parents had to work to shuffling programs after 9/11, we have been there for the community.
Today is no different.
The nature of this virus, and how it spreads, presents significant challenges for the Y and our community. In accordance with recent updates from the CDC, Governor Chris Sununu, and state and local government agencies we are making adjustments to our Y programs and services until further notice.
Please check back here often for updates as we gain more information from our state and local leaders. Further detail and communications about our closure and how we are addressing the needs of our community during this health crisis can be found on our YMCA Alerts page.
Stay Well. Stay Safe. Stay With Us.
We reopened our YMCA branches in Nashua and Merrimack at limited capacity on June 3. Due to current State of New Hampshire guidelines we are only able to accept individuals into the YMCA who made a reservation in one of our group exercise classes, cardio and strength training fitness blocks or lap swim lanes. More information about our reopening and it’s stage-based offerings can be found on our Reopening with Care web page.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we were forced to pause all programs at the YMCA in March of 2020. Any payments previously made for Session D programs are now set up as prorated credits for the unused portion of Session D programs on your account and can be applied to a future program at the YMCA of Greater Nashua. This includes all arts and humanities, sports, dance, swim lessons, fitness classes, and music classes.
YMCA Achievement Center programs running in the Hudson school district are assisting with remote learning efforts in those elementary and middle schools through the end of the school season.
